Kwetu's operations are governed by a six member board of directors. The 15 member staff force is led by Mercy Mbogho, the Executive Officer

Partner Community Based Organisations
Kwetu presently works with over 40 youth groups, women’s groups, community groups and self-help organisations in the province.  It is through this network of community groups that Kwetu does most of its work.
