Field Officer
Qualifications
• A Degree in community development, public health or social sciences.
• At least 2 years post training experience in NGO Project work in rural areas preferably in Kilifi County, coast region.
• Strong leadership and community engagement skills
• A team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated strong communication ability especially use of emails & report writing.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Ability to speak local language is an added advantage

Responsibilities
• Provides direct technical support to the implementation of Orphaned Vulnerable Children project activities
• Provides overall leadership and support supervision of community health workers and facilitators attached to the project in Kilifi county
• Prepares project reports for onward submission to project coordinator on monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual basis,
• Prepares activity monthly work plan in consultation with other project staff
• Support, supervise and regularly monitor community health volunteers and other community cadres.
• Performs any other duties as directed by the Project coordinator and or Kwetu management

Data Clerk
Duties and Responsibilities
• Prioritize and perform data entry clerical duties in an organized manner.
• Process paper work and enter data in appropriate databases
• Process and manage data relating to the project.
• Process and verify data from sites.
• Compile necessary reports as required
• And any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Qualification
• Diploma in IT or Computer science
• Conversant with computer application packages i.e. word, excel, access and internet
• Demonstrated experience in any form of data collection
• Experience in working with children is an added advantage
• A self-motivated flexible individual who can work independently
• knowledge in OLMIS/CPIMS data management system is an added advantage
